You are not behind. You were just never shown the whole floor. AI is simple once someone opens it up in words that respect you. That is what I do, for the people and the businesses usually left out of the room.
Understand
Here is the honest part. Most people fear AI for one reason. Nobody ever showed them how it actually works. So the fear fills in the blank, and the story it writes is always the same. You are replaceable. You are too late. This was built for someone smarter than you. None of that is true. AI is a tool that sits still until a person tells it what to do. The person is the engine. I take you inside the machine, in words that make sense, until the mystery is gone and the fear goes with it.
Believe
AI is here to make you bigger. The power was always yours. The tool just carries the weight so your hands are free for the work only you can do. That is what winning looks like here. A small business owner who closes the books in a night instead of a week. A nonprofit director who drafts the grant tonight and keeps her own voice in every line. A young person who walks out knowing they belong in this future, because somebody finally showed them the floor.
Where this comes from
I started using AI in November 2022, after a Gary Vee video about ChatGPT came across my feed. There was no app yet, so I pulled it up in a browser and used it like Google. I have been on it ever since. I completed Generative AI for Consultants through Growthschool, and I have taught entrepreneurs, leadership teams and youth how to make it work for them. I am also a YNAB Certified Coach, which is a fancy way of saying I know how to sit with a real person and their real numbers until it clicks. I do not sell you certificates. I show you the work.
