Meet Jermaine
Jermaine Peguese. A problem-solving engineer from Detroit. President & CEO of Pathworth Consulting and Solutions. Special Projects Manager at the NAACP Detroit Branch. The man behind every line of work on this site. Before you meet any of the titles, meet the man who carries them. Calm in the chaos. Clear when things get heavy. The kind of follow-through that holds when nobody is checking.
Understand
The work comes through the man, so knowing the man is where it starts. Detroit raised me and gave me perseverance. Construction taught me to keep my eye on the details and my face still. Going back to finish what I started taught me discipline I didn't have at twenty. My father taught me to think two and three steps ahead. My mother taught me who to show up as. Pathworth is what came out of all of it. Everything else on this site is that same man, pointed at a different room.
Believe
People over ego. Clarity before action. Follow-through over talk. The work over the noise. If I tell you I got you, it gets done. If something isn't right, I walk. I hold the same code when nobody is watching, because nobody watching is the whole test. I don't try to sound impressive. I try to be undeniable, and I'd rather you feel that than hear me say it.
